RTD BioSciences is where compounds in the Alpha BioMed portfolio begin. The facility handles compound development, API screening and formulation work, then carries selected programmes through to lyophilised production.

Because research and manufacturing sit under one roof, a formulation developed here can move to production without a technology transfer to an outside party. Raw materials are tested on intake and finished goods are checked internally before independent verification.
